For bank payments, please provide the transaction reference and advise the account holder to contact their bank directly for assistance. Typically, banks do not share payment details with third parties.

For Paybill or Buygoods payments, kindly ask the merchant to check their MMF or working account. If the issue persists and the merchant is unable to locate the transaction, please share the transaction details with us via WhatsApp at 0768978792 or 0758643329 for assistance with reversals.
