We are sad to see you leave! However, we understand changes in circumstances and business priorities. To close your account, kindly follow the below steps:

1. Download Statements: Log in to your Boya account on the dashboard and download your recent account statements. This step ensures that you have a record of your transactions before closing the account.

2. Transfer Remaining Funds: If there are any funds remaining in the account, transfer the funds before the closure process begins.

3. Fill Closure Form: Download the account closure form from Boya's website ( attached below) or contact [email protected] to obtain it. Fill in all required details accurately, including your account information and reason for closure.

4. Submit Form: Once the closure form is completed, forward it to [email protected].

5. Confirmation: After submitting the closure form, follow up with Boya to ensure they have received it and that the account closure process is underway. Keep any confirmation numbers or documentation provided for your records.
