Step 1: Log in to the app and click on the "Airtime" icon

Step 2: Populate the recipient's mobile number or click on the contact icon to choose from your contacts. Enter the amount you would like to purchase or select from the provided list.

Step 3: Tag the transaction and click on "Buy Now"

Enter your pin to initiate the transaction.

You will receive a confirmation message for successful delivery in afew seconds.

Via Web Portal

Step 1: Log in and navigate to Payouts>>Bulk Payouts. Click on "New Payment" and select "Prepaid Airtime" from the drop down menu

Step 2: Click on "Download Pre-paid Airtime Template" or click here to download.

Step 3: Populate the payment information on the template as per the examples. Once done, save and close the file.

NB: Format the "Phone" column to "Number" and 0 decimals to maintain the correct mobile no. format.

Step 4: Upload the file in the area labelled "Drag & drop CSV file here" by clicking inside or dragging and dropping (see step 2). Enter the Team and populate notes (optional) and click on "Initiate".

Step 5: The Approver will receive a notification to approve the transaction. This is done under "Pending". Once the batch is approved, it will reflect on the "Approved" page.
