We have introduced the ability for approvers to add notes when approving allocation requests, enhancing communication and record keeping.

Key Features:

  1. Notes Input Field:

    • Added a text field for approvers to input notes on the allocation request details before entering the OTP for approval.

  2. Display of Approval Notes:

    • The approval notes are displayed in the same view as the allocation request details, making them easily accessible.

  3. Approval Notification:
    The notes entered by the approver are sent as part of the approval notification to all relevant parties, including the employees receiving the allocation.

  • Enhanced Communication: This feature allows approvers to provide context or instructions with their approval, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and reducing potential misunderstandings.
