Save time by automating the transfer of expense transactions from your Boya account to Xero. With this integration, approved expenses on the Boya dashboard are automatically posted to your QuickBooks account.
How It Works
Once integrated, Boya ensures seamless synchronization with Xero. To guarantee accurate expense mapping, ensure your accounting categories in Xero match those in Boya.
Follow the steps below to integrate your Boya account with Xero.
Step 1: Navigate to “Settings”, click the tab “Integrations” and toggle on the button to activate Xero
Step 2: Choose the company account in Xero to associate with your Boya expenses.
Step 3: Allow to connect to "accounting" financial information. That's all we need!
Step 4: Click on the three dots on Boya (see screenshot) & click "complete set up"
Step 5: Select the Boya bank account created on your Xero
Step 6: Select the frequency to which we should push your expenses to Xero.
Step 7: Select the fees account you've created on Xero. All Boya transaction charges will be mapped there.
Point to note;
After successful integration, only approved transactions will be automatically posted on your Xero.
Click on the three dots on the Xero tab to Sync the report. You can also view the report by clicking on "Logs & Reports".
